The work, in practice...

Healing isn't linear. It doesn't follow a script or move on anyone else's timeline. It requires a space safe enough to be honest and a guide who knows how to meet you there.

01

Meet your nervous system

Healing isn't only something we think our way through. We start with what your body is already telling you.

02

Go at your pace

There is no rushing this work. We move with care, curiosity, and deep respect for where you are.

03

Break the cycle

Together, we create the conditions for something new, not just insight, but felt, embodied change.

There is room to arrive exactly as you are.

Ways we can work together

Each path is shaped around you.

01

Individual therapy

A grounded, consistent space to do the work, drawing on Somatic Experiencing®, IFS-informed approaches, and evidence-based practices tailored to what you bring.

02

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

A structured therapeutic process that uses medicine to create neuroplasticity, reaching what other approaches often cannot. Preparation, presence, and integration — all three matter.

03

In person or virtual

Sessions available in person at 166 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY, and via telehealth for clients located within New York State. Consultation available for those outside New York State.
